As DP on this film, we dealt with the difficulties of shooting all overnights in a warehouse spec, not designed for feature film production. Approximately 40-50% of our shots were done on a remote head with a jib and dolly.

For this documentary, we spent 3 weeks living with the fishermen, shrimpers and their families in the aftermath of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill in Venice Louisiana. We shot every day on clean-up boats, oil rigs, shrimp boats and in town.
