Lead administrative coordinator / talent and staffing coordinator for various events, including ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and runDisney Endurance Race Series, Disney Springs and Walt Disney World Resort Hotels & Conventions. Maintains timelines, calendars, schedules, meetings and notes.  Books and coordinates talent (including Disney Characters, AEA, AFM, and contract performers).  On-site, functions as assistant to Stage Manager and Production Manager in event operations, often as Talent Assist.

Lead PA for 17-game home Spring Training season. Identified and coordinated contestants for in-game promotions, managed releases and waivers for Guest contestants, handled props and prizes, and managed on-field entertainment (including National Anthem Singers, in-the-stands on-air talent, and Disney Characters).

PA for Zombie Transformation Center. Assisted volunteers through zombification process, managed zones on race course. Provided on-site support for PEOPLE MAG ONLINE and COMIC BOOK MEN (AMC).
