Liaison for script revisions-distributed through Scenechronize and shared with Studio, Network, Production, Post, and Cast. Worked closely with Showrunner and Writers while managing the show’s continuity, timeline, and clearances. Responsible for proofing, formatting, and tracking changes for story documents, character analyses, scripts, and revisions. Created show bible and dialogue analysis documents for Netflix’s Dubbing/Localization Departments to ensure accurate translations. Constructed DGA Script Confirmations, WGA Weekly Worklists, WGA Notice of Tentative Writing Credits, Character Matrix, and tracking spreadsheets.

Trained for script supervisor and filled role as needed: identified and corrected actor’s errors, enforced continuity with actions, timed shots, and took notes and drew diagrams for Post Production editing. Assisted AD with cast queues, clearing people/items from frame, communicating when camera ops are set, and lock-ups. Coordinated mic’ing the cast, props, and working with makeup/hair/costumes for looks and touches. Responsible for coordination basecamp functions; prepped trailers, production reports, actor contracts, and Exhibit G’s. Managed daily breakfast/lunch orders and deliveries with caterer for cast and crew.
