Documentary research, pre-interviews, pitches and talent coordination with creative agency, Ventureland, for their 4-episode short Canadian-based docu-series for major advertising client, Expedia. • Prepared work for client on tight deadlines, including creating and implementing research and outreach timelines, design and organization of all grids, source checking, document creation and recorded interviews. • Presented potential subjects to creative directors and main client team, including creative and logistics for filming over the entire country of Canada. • Acted as liaison for scheduling, travel, contract review and prepping talent for what would be filmed and where. Conducted bulk of initial pre-interviews.
