I was responsible for keeping the Accounting department specifically Accounts Payable office organized. I answered phones, responsible for filing all the documents, and distributing mail. I opened accounts with vendors for different departments on the film. Then would always be checking our email and corresponding with vendors about invoices. I also made copies and did any scanning for my bosses. I had to be very organized and detail oriented.
