Create call sheet, pre-production book and purchase orders for the PSA. Assisted the Producer and Production Manager on shoot day in the studio. Wrapped the project by completing all of the purchase orders and created a wrap book along with a digital wrap for the Head of Production.

Assisted the producer in coordinating a three-city commercial shoot by booking travel for crew, organizing AD kits for the managers on location, and creating pre-production books for each city. Other responsibilities include organize petty cash, create call sheets and communicate with vendors for proper invoicing one the shoot was wrapped.

"Talent Wrangler" for multiple tourism videos for the Greater Miami Convention and Visitor's Bureau. I was in charge of following the client specifications for all extras and print advertisement talent. Over 200 models participated in this production.

Responsible for all locations requested by the client to film a commercial. Applied for permits, negotiated fees, kept in constant contact with location personnel.

Coordinated and gave direction for a photo shoot for one of BMG Talent's models to update her portfolio.

Production coordinator for five day informercial shoot. Ordered catering, supervised wardrobe, managed production assistants, assisted the art department with props, and communicated directly with the director to ensure we obtained all of the shots required by the client. Casted extras, booked locations, bought craft service, pulled permits with the city.

Managed the Canvas Films studio on a daily basis. Coordinated all shoot details for various clients. Productions included TV commercials, infomercials, music videos, press junkets and short films. Hired crew, coordinated with vendors for shoots, gathered invoices, kept all of supplies in stock and kept the facility clean and organized.

Casted talent, hired special effects makeup artist, and coordinated catering.
