Chad Hladki

I work exclusively with the Reality division, and am responsible for coordinating between the Reality department and the contestants, as well as going on runs. I also assist other departments in between Reality tasks, but primarily stick to the holding area and coordinate when to escort talent with one of the producers.

I was responsible for sticking with the ENG team, logging notable moments, making sure the camera op and sound mixer/boom op had hot bricks on standby, logging and managing media, as well as assisting the entire production during breakdown.

As a grip, I assisted the entire G&E department throughout the duration of the shoot. I was responsible for assisting the Key Grip in retrieving and building lighting setups.

I collaborated with the Director on the production schedule. I was directly responsible for maintaining the production schedule, and keeping the production at an effective pace. In addition to being the AD, I was Head of Production design, and oversaw props, wardrobe, and set design. As the head of PD, I was responsible for seeking out authentic, period-accurate props as well as distressing the props that were not 100% authentic.

On this project I was there from the very beginning. Alongside the director, we wrote the script, and in collaboration with one other producer we brought it to life. I was chiefly responsible for location management on our Buffalo, NY shoot, which comprised of connecting with the local film commission, obtaining a film permit, as well as being responsible for obtaining and providing film production insurance. I also creatively assisted the director, and was solely responsible for the totality of the film's production design. For this project, every prop needed to appear to be used, as if it were found on the ground and heavily used, so a majority of this project was distressing props with paint, abrasives and a few homemade tricks.

I worked as the 5th member of Henry Schein's video team where I primarily helped edit spots, and help the team stay organized and on top of their cosntantly growing workload. I also assisted on all of their major pro bono productions, namely the ARF "Coming Home" Video we produced.

I primarily served as a Camera PA/AC to the DP, where I'd assist in assembling/breaking down lighting setups as well as the camera setups.

I was solely responsible for operating our second camera during major events filmed for the documentary, namely interviews including the film's director. I also contributed to the film's variety of B roll. Fundamentally, I was a general hand for a small production team/camera department and I helped shoot throughout the weekend.

I was given various different responsibilities over the course of this shoot. In the beginning I was mainly responsible for unloading equipment, cleaning up location, and locking up during takes. The second half of the shoot, I was put in charge of getting the car to be shot on camera, where I had to pick up the car for the shoot, and drop it off after we wrapped it as a prop.

I collaborated with the writer of the script to execute his creative vision. I worked with the writer and producer on helping the actors with their roles.

I was mainly responsible for locking up entrances to set, going on runs, and personally assisting the first AD. Id also worked on a Cialis commercial, Red Lobster commercial, and worked in their post studio, the Red Room, as a post PA for one week.

I was responsible for loading/unloading trucks, driving trucks/vans, and going on runs.

I locked up entrances during takes, helped the production team, and escorted talent to set.

I was responsible for managing the talent on set, bringing them from holding to set.
