We created e-commerce videos for online retailers. I was in charge of taking the budget and client requests and guiding the project through from initialization to delivery of final videos. I created the schedules, hired contractors, collaborated with a creative team to set creative look and tone, ran the set on shoot days, and managed the project through post production to delivery. I also created and actualized the budget for the projects.

Organize and manage footage and assets, create and organize editing projects, edit videos incorporating creative guidance and client requests, export and upload videos for client review. I also act as DIT and script supervisor for some of the clients.

Also acted as First AD. Set the overall schedule and daily shooting schedules, hired crew, arranged meals and equipment rentals, coordinated shoot days (locations, extras, props, set dec).

Loaded is a small budget webseries for which I produced the primary LOADED episodes. I coordinated schedules and booked extra crew and locations, created and maintained the budget, acquired props, kept script/shooting notes, and coordinated the flow of shoot days. I also edited some of the episodes.
