Cherie Hornbeak worked with Pilgrim Operations, LLC on the television show, Bring It!, for two and half years. Cherie began her employment as a Production Assistant supporting our clearance department at live dance competi ...MORE... tions.
In that position, she reported to me and assisted the Clearance Coordinator with the tasks of organizing audience lines, organizing paperwork, managing large groups of audience during the release process, and assisted the producers with audience placement, etc.
After six months of working with us, she was promoted to Clearance Coordinator and then shortly after that, promoted to Production Coordinator. Her tasks included but not limited to creating purchase orders, production reports, petty cash management, managed production assistants, etc.
Cherie is a bright and personable individual. She is highly self-motivated and well capable of achieving any goal she sets her mind to. She was also received well by her other co-workers and crew members. She is a valuable asset to any team, reliable, and a hard worker who completes tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
I have no doubt that Cherie would excel at the highest standard in any project. She works very well with others, organized, and overall an outstanding person.
