Attending production meetings, typing up production meeting and emailing to team members; typing and distributing schedules, or call sheets; Assisting production team and running errands for them; Ensuring the crew is kept up to date with any amendments to production schedule; Running errands between the production office and other departments

Managing venue during the Festival, serving as liaison between festival management, the venue, and the productions Supervising the daily events of each space including load-ins, rehearsals, strikes and changeovers for all productions, supervising the overall festival load-in and load-out of that venue, and acting as the venue production team lead.

Duties included building, installing, maintaining, and loading out the event.

Build props for live events and television appearances, general shop upkeep, helping maintain storage, and loading/unloading trucks.

Supporting the set through Lock-ups, managing Extras; helping in company moves or crowd control; collecting paperwork and out times for the production; passing out scripts and schedules; escort actors; deliver film to the production office; and help load and unload equipment. Some catering.
