Worked under Director of Production for Fast Company Magazine, Sandra Pasquariello, to produce and supervise production of a series of five commercials, each shot live in one take, for the 2019 Ford Transit Connect. This highly specialized production was a vehicle giveaway contest mini-docuseries. Each contestant, while riding as passenger in the vehicle they were trying to win, had five blocks to pitch the host of the show and completed a surprise challenge associated with their small business. Managed budget. Sourced, negotiated with and hired all NYC vendors. Hired and managed crew of 50 as well as local police presence for road closures. Managed a set spread over 5 city blocks. Orchestrated behind the scenes so that talent was in place at the proper times, all contest rules were followed, and the crew was able to effectively communicate at all times. Our extensive camera department was able to execute precision shooting with one jib-mounted and six handheld c300's and an additional four cameras mounted within the vehicle to capture each contestant's run in a single take. Handled production issues such as last-minute changes to road closure permits, equipment malfunctions, etc. PC, receipts, CC reconciliation, call sheets, etc.

Cultivated relationships with experts in multiple STEM fields including biological sciences, geology, chemistry, aerospace engineering, ballistics, meteorology, astrophysics and optics. Lined up on-camera experts and developed hands-on science experiments for the Guys to have fun with. Ensured the production was in compliance with YouTube's anti-bribery mandates for overseas work.
