Host and executive producer of The ADHDads podcast. A family podcast for fathers of near-divergent kids. Each week we bring specialists on to discuss autism, ADHD, and relationships. I am in charge of researching guests, finding material, scheduling, coaching, interviewing, editing, post production, pre production, and all research needs.

Wrangling background talent, managing releases, shuttling 1st team, NDAs, attendance, paperwork, and production runs.

Assistant to director and producer. Responsibilities include production coordinating, labor, technical maintenance, camera setup, scrip supervision, troubleshooting issues, logistics workflow, production runs, pre production, prop management, wardrobe, location and client relations.

In charge of donations and sponsorship for Season 2. Also in charge of organizing tools materials, carnets, volunteers, and general contractors for home building show. Worked with NPOs domestically and internationally to asses needs and execute design plan. Involved in all aspects of production from design, to sponsorship, implantation, labor and payroll management and field producer duties.

Production Assistant to the Rigging team. Help construct set for season 1 of Dodgeball thunder dome. Unloading trucks, truss building, art department dec. Assisting in production runs, miainence of obstacles on course and assisting in filming and prop maintenance.

Freelance photographer and videographer. Primarily shoot headshots, portraits, live comedy shows, events. Also shoots freelance digital media for marketing, small businesses, and creative firms. Digital image retouching, graphic design, video editing, logo design. In house photographer for Second City Hollywood. Familiar with Adobe CC. Video editing, audio mixing, and post production needs. Digital media management, storage, and delivery.

Assisted in department coordination and ensuring of design deadlines. Travel Coordinator for all domestic and international travel with multiple projects within company. Tracking of dailies and finances. Scheduling, pickups, ordering, production runs and executive support responsibilities. Daily lunch orders for crew of 40+. Front office manager, Executive support duties and coordination of art department design needs.

Assistant to commercial and theatrical agents. Maintaining of client information, contracts, payroll, and pitch information. Recruiting of talent and networking at social events, productions and painting good relationships with casting directors, mangers, agents, directors, and clients. Answering phones, scheduling, contract negotiation and pre production logistics.
