Assisting with booking flights, coordinating crew travel for on-location filming, booking hotels, on set needs where I coordinate with other department and needs from the Producer.

Director's Assistant, handling scheduling, meals and logistics. Coordinating with AD's and production on director's availability and meetings.

Assistant to #1 Lead Actor, coordinating meals and movement to and from set as the On-Set assistant. Helping to run base camp and coordinate timing on walkie between the AD dept. and DJ's basecamp.

Assisted during prep- coordinated with personal chef with strict diet. Helped with relocating actor to city for production, setting up actors trailer. Assisted with rehearsals, costume fittings, etc.

Assistant to HARPO, coordinating travel for on-location filming. Working with the rest of crew to coordinate bosses movements and meetings, rehearsals and studio time.

Assistant to Exec. Producer/Line Producer. Reported to studio each week with film updates, scheduling, screening calls. Keeping up with bosses production schedule. Acted as cast liaison, working with the large cast to make sure their needs were met and heard.

Scheduling rehearsals, table reads, costume fittings etc. Covid played a major part in production and it was important to be aware of the crews distance, ppe and sanitization. Handled any On-set assistant needs.

Worked as the Cast Concierge assisting the whole cast during the height of covid. Tasked with handling anything the cast needed as they were quarantined, from shopping, food items, packages etc.
