Operated second camera for a theater production for The Shriners Hospital Drama Camp. Footage will be used as a promotional resource for the Shriners Hospital's programs and services.

Logged and organized clips using Adobe Premiere CC, synched performance footage with high quality sound files provided by the band, selected clips and pacing to convey a day in the life of a punk band.

Directed talent and prevented them from arguing with each other, keeping them on task and not black out drunk. Set up various scenarios to switch up the performance footage and day in the life imagery.

Cut footage using Adobe Premiere CC, adhering to specific time and content stipulations. Created a sound design to enhance the environment of each scene/scenario. Color corrected footage and cleaned up ambient sound from location shooting. Exported video for web distribution.

Directed actors and extras while playing the lead. Moved the production along to insure completion in a timely manner. Logged shot and audio information for editing. Collaborated with the camera department on last minute decisions concerning individual locations.

Secured locations, cast, and crew on zero budget. Compiled all appropriate paperwork and signed releases. Acquired all necessary props, costumes, and set dressing. Scheduled shoot dates and deadlines.

Provided work as second camera, focusing primarily on b roll. Maintained appropriate settings on all cameras during production to insure consistency. Kept track of equipment, making sure that all data was transferred and backed up and all batteries charged.

Collaborated with management to come up with an idea that was suitable for their store and brand. Provided a creative concept and script for a Pizza Luce holiday gift card promotion. Accepted feedback from corporate offices and made changes when requested.

Shot both live performance and documentary style footage using a Canon T3i with prime Cine lenses. Varied focal length from shot to shot to build on the disarray and chaos of the narrative, acted as my own first and second AC as well as Grip/Gaffer.

Created a music video concept for the comedy rap group, Valley Meadows, outlined and scripted scenes and actions, worked with the band to come up with a video that represents their brand and sense of humor.

Wrote content and shot list for the music video, directed the talent and assisted with grip and lighting duties for green screen shooting. Edited the video, adding stock footage and effects to the green screen.

Created a concept and shot list for local hip hop artist Ernest Rhodes' CD release show promo. Provided camera, lighting, and editing work. Used past footage shot on 16mm to add to the story and feel of the video. Color corrected footage and exported for web distribution.

Tested and maintained all sound equipment before and during production. Scouted the location for any noise issues. Set levels and adjusted accordingly, working in collaboration with the boom operator. Acted as boom operator when necessary. Maintained logs of all takes, noting any audio issues that may have occurred during shooting.
