Handled all location, transportation, and crafty coordination. Delegated to production assistants on and off set. Acquired permits and releases for talent, locations, and crew. Tracked all petty cash on set and catering coordination. Set up all staging areas for crew, equipment and cast. Work directly with producer to manage set.

Perform interviews with clients, film interviews, and edit into a web videos. Testimonials, commercials, and web videos.

Obtained permits, releases, and contacted authorities for the safety of crew and cast. Organized and maintained staffing of production assistants. Worked with producers, director, and crew to organize and properly pick up equipment. Handled paperwork for freelancers and filling out all necessary documentation and contracts. Tracked the budget for on set purchased, catering orders, and crafty. Maintained order and organization on set. Location scouting and staging.

Equipment inventory, transportation of equipment, organization of production office, set up crafty, prop and craft shopping, staging renovated space, returns, releases, on set photography, befores and afters photos, and assist the producers.

Organize releases, props, and deliveries for shoot. Coordinate drop offs. Maintain cleanliness during and after shoots. Collect, document, and download media during and after shoot. Send out deliverables. Coordinate craft services. Communicate with the producers, contractors, and crew often.

Organizing footage, cutting short promotional pieces, syncing audio, story editing, assisting editor, and cutting together new scenes to add to the documentary.
