We were responsible for a lot here. We set up hundreds of tables and chairs for all the crew to eat. also set up tints and rows of barricade. I spent a lot of time signing in crew and giving out the appropriate wristbands. on the day of the show we dealt with wrangling guests and keeping water throughout the venue for it was extremely hot. The next day we were tasked to pack up the entire truck with production stuff. it was hot and we had to take constant breaks and it took us all day. We were extremely understaffed. We also cleaned up trash and set up wifi.

I was responsible for picking up the van from hertz, getting equipment from three different locations (Charlotte film rentals, CPR, & TA Films) Getting crafty. Loading and unloading the equipment. Essentially functioning as a grip for the shoot. Setting up lights and taking stills and assisting the AC and director. Also had to hold the van at my apartment for three days. Returned Equipment and van the following monday.

Set up production area with crafty, walkies, and other production needs. set up lunch area, place cardboard and rugs on homeowner's floors, set up video village, block off certain areas during takes to avoid shadows in windows, Lock up areas to avoid people walking in, loading and unloading the production truck, and working as a stand-in when asked.

Wrangle talent to where they needed to be. Get them mic, and make sure they are ready when it's time to go up. Keep them hydrated. Communicate with the stage manager and production manager any issue we might be having from a blockage on stage, to unauthorized smoking in particular areas, to a security or credential issue. The event was really hectic and we had to adjust to last-minute issues.

Go on crafty runs. Order lunch every day. Pick up material from lowes when needed (ex. 32 bags of sand). take still photos each day of shooting (9 days). Assist AC and DP with light setup for OTAs and with anything else. Assisted the crew with pulling huge tree logs out of the creek for Eustace and shoveled cobb for the forge into the backhoe. handled appearance releases. Also helped pack gear at the end of the shoot.

Pick up Camera equipment in Charlotte, NC. Drive it to Charleston, SC. Pick up Production equipment from the rental company in Charleston. Load and unload the trucks. Help other PAs set up and break down lunch tables and tents. Return Production equipment and drive back to charlotte and return Camera equipment and Walkies

Driving crew and producers to locations. Included long drives over 3 hours. Coordinate lunch, handle crafty, walkers, help camera (acting AC from time to time), have release forms signed by talent and background if necessary. Clean vans and go on production runs.
