Oversee a diverse, expansive slate of projects, including numerous current pilots for major broadcast/cable networks and syndication companies, as well as projects involving major entertainment talent. Produce sizzle reels, treatments, presentation decks and other materials related to pitching.

Currently consulting on a variety of reality and unscripted development projects and formats for top-tier studios and production companies, including Shine America and Original Productions. Conceiving of, redeveloping and producing creative that will be pitched to major broadcast and cable networks.

Co-Executive Producer/Showrunner on an interactive/dating show format for MTV and Thinkfactory Media. Developed format, staffed and produced.

Oversaw creative production on the current original programming slate for the network. Developed and oversaw all aspects of GSN series, including casting, format changes, question writing, production and launch, as well as creative input on promotion and digital campaigns. Heavily involved in the development of all original network programming.

Senior executive in development for Eyeworks USA. Developed all new unscripted formats for broadcast, cable and syndication, including docu-series, game, reality and children’s formats for domestic and international sales. Worked with Eyeworks’ international divisions and sister company 3Ball to develop concepts. Produced all presentations/pilot reels, decks and flyers.

Staffed, developed and launched two still-running syndicated talk shows: Rachael Ray and The Doctors. Developed and oversaw production on two game show format pilots for primetime and syndication. Developed and piloted primetime, cable and syndicated programs including talk, reality, game, magazine and other unscripted formats. Took pitches and general meetings.

Developed and piloted numerous primetime, cable and syndicated programs including reality, relationship, talk, game, court, magazine, and other hybrid unscripted formats, including involvement in developing The Ellen DeGeneres Show and the Bachelor/Bachelorette primetime series. Regularly took pitches and general meetings, tracked competitive development, managed talent decisions.

Oversaw development and production of specials. Oversaw all phases of daily Casting Department operations, including network pilot sessions. Made casting decisions for Alt. Series Dept.
