Work with the 1st AD to ensure production runs smoothly by being the liaison between the 1st AD while he was on set and the rest of production.

Runs, pickups, drop-offs, data entry, processing appearance releases, assisting the crew with loading in and out, and maintaining the office.

Assist with pickup and drop off of car rentals, chauffeur the talent, locking up set, pick up meals, drop off hard drive, and pickup payroll.

Assisted the first assistant director with wrangling and placing talent and served as the liaison between the first director and the production office, makeup and wardrobe departments.

Answer and transfer calls, respond to emails, order food for studio and clients, delegate tasks to Production Assistants. Greet clients and fulfill any requests they may have, plate and serve them their meals, cleanup afterwards, and create individual gift bags for each client to take with them.

Catered to clients from agency by ordering and picking up lunch and fulfilling an requests they made. Also performed usual production assistant tasks such as lock ups, handling talents, and clean up.

Figure out the items and decor needed to dress the set and accurately depict what each scene environment calls for.

Transfer all filmed data onto multiple hard drives and organize each file.

Aid in all areas of on set production. This includes maintaining and organizing crafty and assisting in setting up and cleaning up.

I assisted in setting up and breaking down sets, maintained the crafty table by refilling any items and keeping track of anything running low, notified the production coordinator of any crafty items running low and retrieved the items, and cleared the set of trash and water bottles.

As script supervisor, I made sure all the lines spoken by the actors were true to the script. I also pointed out any discrepancies that occurred while shooting each scene. As a production assistant, I assisted in any way that I could to help the production run smoothly.
