- Coordinate all Cast, Producers, Director and Studio Executives accommodations during filming process - Collaborate with realtors and hotel management to coordinate and manage guest hospitality services, transportation and billing. - Assist Travel Coordinator with preparing TAʻs, Travel Memos and Travel Movements

- Oversee department budget and schedule in accordance with UPM. - Collaborate and coordinate with local hotels, vacation rentals companies, rental car companies and airlines to fulfill all production travel needs. - Coordinate all Cast, Executive HOD’s and crew related hospitality needs. - Execute all department related accounting with vendors.

- Manage and maintain all production issued rental vehicles. - Oversee department budget and collaborate with local hotels, rental car companies and airlines to fulfill all production travel needs. - Coordinate all Cast and Executive related hospitality needs in tandem with the Travel Coordinator. - Assist ATL and BTL Travel Coordinators with administrative duties.
