Conducted archival film research for the production. Liaised with stock footage house, and handled licensing matters.

Responsible for checking in all comedians, confirming start and finish times, and signaling time elapsed while on stage. Basically, second assistant director type work.

Assisted Stage Manager on runs or any other requests in need of attention throughout the evening.

Oversaw all archival film, sound and image research for the The History Channel's six-hour "Vietnam in HD" film. Core efforts included shared P&L responsibility for the archival film effort, project management, and the rapid development of international film and audio sources. Reported directly to the supervising producer and director. Managed the onboarding, training and evaluation of a team of 12 interns. Handled social media accounts for marketing and promotional efforts.
