I helped contestants register and directed them to the next step of their journey. I also helped direct stragglers to the registration desks. Before wrapping for the day I helped gather equipment and load for the next city.

I was responsible for continuity, taking director's and camera's notes down, tracking time. Noting what lens, F-Stop, and all camera notes. Noting changes in the script, tracking scene changes, all directors' notes, and when a take is to be printed or not.

Filing all payroll, accounts payable, and general files. Shipping background actors vouchers to Sessions. Logging Petty Cash on Indie Pay. Reconciling Neptune credit accounts with receipts. Printing reports and helping the Production office when they're short handed.

Helped the First Assistant Director w/ Continuity. Ran errands for Director and 1st AD. Kept Script notes and Camera settings info.

Setting up all files: Payroll, Petty Cash, Accounts Payable and General Files. Making copies of all items needed to be sent to the studio. Keeping track of Purchase Orders, Vendors, Contracts, Deal Memos, Time Cards and basically keeping all files in order. Mailing Checks, stamping vouchers as "Paid", opening mail, stamping bills with dates received and filing for payment. Stamping check copies with dates original checks were mailed and filing all copies once authorization signatures were obtained. Answering Phones and taking information from vendors, cast and crew. I also had to handle difficult calls from disgruntled vendors and employees. I boxed all files and prepped them for shipment to the West Coast as operations moved from Savannah back to Paramount Studios.

Purchasing items needed for set. Helping the director. Set Safety and watching out for cast and crew.

I was a set PA, working with talent and general runner.

Made sure cast & crew were on target, safe, helped cue performers, made sure stars & background alike were happy and well cared for, ran errands and messages, worked closely with both sound & camera, making notes from each for each take of each scene.

Signed in contestants. Checked winner's circle contestants' paperwork. Helped prepare set. Reconciled walkies, checked crew paperwork & completed for Production Manager. Ran errands. Helped load pallets, basically just helped pack everything up. Got pretty good at using a Pallet Jack, need more practice wrapping pallets.

I kept the slate, tracked continuity, made note of every change to dialog, made notations about every take, tried to keep everyone aware of time and schedule, made notations about which takes were to be printed and kept track of scenes with and without sound.

Helping a student film as a Production Assistant with Hair, Props and the Art Department too. Ran errands to help purchase more material for set and dressed sets.

I helped anywhere I was needed; boom, crafts, wardrobe, medic, and art. It was a team effort.

My first time working behind the scenes. Started out with Location but ended up spending most of my time working with the Art Department and Props. I also did some work with Lighting, Crafts, Talent Wrangling and Security. I guess you could call me Jane of All-Trades.
