My main job was assisting the 1st A.D. with running background on set. When I was not running background, I was locking up set, making sure the crew was comfortable, doing trash sweeps, and always being one step ahead making sure production runs smoothly.

I was in charge of wrangling background for each episode and make sure they filled out the appropriate paperwork. I was also in charge of completing the PR's for each day.

I prepped the callsheet each day, completed the PR's every night, ran first team making sure they were getting ready for the appropriate scene and on set on time, organized transportations for actors.

I worked on pick up shots for this feature working under the Producer's managing the budget and making sure we were getting the scenes we needed for the day. I also helped prep the callsheet and run errands for cast/crew.

I handled distributing job responsibilities to the other PA's. I spent most of my time running first team making sure they were getting ready for the appropriate scene and getting them to set on time. I also completed the PR's every night.

I worked closely under the A.D. department. When I was not locking up set or unloading/loading equipment, I was calling background to make sure they were still coming to set, and if something were to occur, I immediately found someone to replace.
