While at Busch Gardens I managed cast, crew, and production team for an outdoor winter ballet. Oversaw technical elements of the show, eventually taking over costume duties and repairs. In addition to ensuring all cast and crew were present and prepared for shows each day, I was responsible for paperwork, reporting illness/injury, and adhering to the standards Busch Gardens had set for show operations and venue management.
