I worked with show producers to develop a "priority list" of celebrities to invite to be guests on this insane, mock talk show. Then I developed a pitch letter that went out to top talent managers, publicists, and agents to check avails and interest of the celebrities on the "priotity list". I followed up with phone calls these reps to further describe how their clinet would be a great fit for the show and to sell them on the idea of making an appearance. Once an agreement was reached I generated a "Confirmation Sheet" that outlined the details of the appearance including the rate, covered travel expenses, production contacts, and a rough itinerary of their shoot day.

Production Coordinator – GONE (Virtual Reality 360)

This was among the first long form, Virtual Reality projects ever created. It was distributed via Samsung''s Milk VR platform, but aside from the technology and practical production concerns of shooting in VR, this was like any other movie. I Created and published the prep schedule daily which included all pre-production meetings, actor rehearsals, location scouts and tech scouts. I found lodging for the crew and cast for a week of shooting in Sequioa National Forest and secured all production vehicles from rental companies. Additionally, I Solicited production insurance bids, rented equipment, hired a caterer, submitted guild signatory applications. I also assisted accounting with issuing per diems, start paperwork, completing actor time sheets, processed SAG contracts and above & below the line crew contracts. Finally I completed the project wrap out and filed for E&O Insurance.
