Line Producer
As our Equipment Manager, Eric has kept our crews stocked with the best gear possible for our projects - looking for creative solutions to give the field crews what they need to be successful and keep us on budget at the same time. He has an incredible eye for detail, organization and multi-tasking, often doing the impossible while also having a great attitude about it all. He sought out opportunities to make our gear work more efficient, researching and testing inventory systems, generating the best reports for customs documents and for managing a lot of gear spread between two offices. He would often take the initiative to find better and smarter ways of doing things - in terms of gear maintenance, storage, office SOPs and facilities.
Eric has also spent many months in the field and brings the knowledge of that work into his work as an Equipment Manager. Our crews trust him and know they're in good hands with the person prepping their gear because they know he gets what it's like to not have what you need or have it not work correctly.
He was a trusted member of our staff - working tirelessly to troubleshoot gear issues from crews all over the world filming our shows. He was always available for off hour calls, airport runs and troubleshooting - even training new crew coming into shows on our best practices for media management and coordinating with our post team.
Eric is easy going, friendly, tough to rattle and works extremely well under the stress of TV production. He will be an asset to his next employer.
- Erin was Line Producer and Eric was Other on Bizarre Foods, Rock the Park, Delicious Destinations, Baked, Spa
