Joined the operations team to contribute as the post-production supervisor in order to optimize their procedures and create new shows. Key Contributions: • Served as the “face” of the production department, with all the external vendors and fortune 500 companies. • Built and led a scheduling team that became the hub of traffic control, which resulted in 30% increased productivity, decreased overtime costs by 70% and freelance/vendor costs by 50%. • Supervised delivery of over 10,000 hours of programming.

Brought in to coordinate daily programming deliveries, schedule freelancers, review unscripted content for standards & practices. Hired to lead the editorial team in the creation of session 1 of the show “Capadocia” Key Contributions: • Managed every aspect of post-production, including logging, editing, sound, music, dialogue, voice-over, ADR, subtitles, end credits and outputs to the various film festivals. • Edited Emmy Awarded episodes and helped in the creation of the post-production department.
