• Welcoming and checking in guests attending The Late Show. • Managing large groups of audiences at one time and ensuring all attendees were made aware of studio rules • Keeping a close eye on the audience members during and after the show for security purposes. • Being in constant communication with the team to gaurentee a fun and safe show for everyone. • Working with the audience coordiator to check in and being attentive to our high profile VIP guests.

• Set up craft services in dressing rooms in preparation for the talent and their teams. Ensuring any and all of the talent’s requests were met. • Constantly being on standby for talent with coats, handwarmers and water as we filmed in 4 degree weather. • Communicated with the talent coordinator, producers, production and drivers to keep on schedule.

• Made customer service & safety a top priority. Ensuring they were happy and solving issues in a timely manner. • Manage a team of 13 employees. Work directly with the owners on business plans. • Supervise clients on cameras while they are inside the room and being attentive. • Open communication with the team and available at all times to ensure high-quality service & company success.

• Managed my assigned station and ensured that all guests were attended to and walked away happy. • Making sure lines were organized and moved quickly. • Keeping an eye on the inventory and being proactive to restock so there were no delays.

• Acted as a leiason between multiple departments • Sent out daily detailed reports to keep the entire team in sync. • Communicated with crew members via clear-com system to give various types of cues during performance. • Used calm and creative thinking to keep cast and crew focused on tasks, even during hectic times. • Work beyond what was expected to make sure the production is presented as imagined by the Director. • Multitasking and delegating priority tasks. • Part of a team of Stage Managers responsible for the live production aspect of the event. • Daily meetings with the team to share information and work out a plan for the day. • Able to shift gear for last-minute changes to the program and preparing the performers accordingly. • Maintain a respectful and professional manner across crew, staff, regular and high profile guests.

Provide help wherever it was needed. Handle the light stand to properly light a shot (move it when it was too hot or not hot enough, breaking down and setting up for next scene).

As the stage manager I supervised and ran all rehearsals providing the appropriate paperwork to ensure the entire company was up to date on everything in the production. I acted as a liaison between everyone (the cast, the director, the creative team, the crew, etc.). I kept a highly organized prompt book with records of all paper work, all designs, the script with cues and blocking and every detail that was imperative to the production. I was also in charge of scheduling with musicians and choreographers, ensuring my 34 person cast was ready to work on time and making sure that any and all rehearsal time was used as efficient as possible.

I was part of a 5 person wardrobe crew who would perform on camera quick changes (with only our hands in shot) for a record breaking music video for most costume changes in a one-take music video. It was a 2 day shoot on location in a small Brooklyn apartment.
