Assist Production office with errand runs, petty cash, any other office support needed and if needed assisting on location for the shoots.Locking locations and getting proper paperwork & Permits completed. Making sure that all food was catered for all location groups and maintaing craft service.

Assist the production office with petty cash, setting up office base camp, expense reports, all regular office duties and any set assistance that is needed.

Assit Art Department with errands and any on-set help.

Assisted Producer with all personal and on-set duties. Handled expense reports for the producer, assisted with location scouting, art department and set up media meetings for the producer.

Worked with handling the budget needs of the film, contracts and deal memos, call sheets, Production reports and hiring key crew members.

Handling casting calls and working closely with director/producer on call backs to cast actors based on breakdowns.
