● Assisted hospitality team in purchasing all necessary food/beverages/bar supplies/etc. ● Deliver wristbands, parking passes while opening the gate, safely stored them after gate was closed. ● Transported staff and/or artists with a cart when needed. ● Helped maintain order and foster a professional vibe on and offstage. ● Made sure that DJs load-in. sound/line check, begin / end sets as planned, play for the proper amount of time, load out. ● Coordinated performances with performers and performance managers.

● Took care of talent while they played onstage from catering drinks to keeping the performance area clear of people and interruptions. ● Provided DJ’s with hospitality and technical riders for performance. ● Made sure turnovers on stage started and ended promptly. ● Main point of contact for artist during performance.

● Assist on meeting production needs for a global online music-broadcasting platform that streams live underground music and workshops worldwide. ● Worked on “Boiler Room x Ray Ban” series. Largest client that spanned 8 months on multiple high profile events loading in and loading out production vehicle of equipment to and from the venue. ● Worked on Boiler Room’s “Weekender”. Companies first two day festival shuttling over 70 artists and making incredibly important assists for the team.
