Strategized, coordinated, and drove all creative aspects (show themes, segment topics, interview structure, etc.) of individual episodes for this popular syndicated daytime talk show. Conceptualized approx. 32 episodes, leading the creative from initial planning to final script while also balancing feedback from internal executives via a cadence of creative meetings. Maintained a consistently on-time and on-budget production schedule by utilizing best-in-class project management and production techniques in conjunction with managing a team of assistant producers, directors, assistants, etc.

Responsible for guests’ interviews, pitch compelling, timely and creative segment ideas on a daily basis -- including; breaking news, human interest, food/cooking and various trending topics. Conduct strong pre-interviews with celebrities and human interest stories. Develop questions and angles for the host to ask during the on-air interview. Works with the medical research team and prop department to create elaborate demos that illustrate and support medical concepts specific to the topic. Collaborates with the graphic team to develop captivating elements such as; green-screen, VFX Augmented Reality and key-able graphics.

Produce a live hour of television each week. Including lifestyle segments, celebrity interviews and highlighting amazing organizations. Responsible for overall production of each show including; booking guests/stories, pre-interviewing, briefing guests, briefing hosts, writing script, overseeing show graphics, executing field shoots, creating shot sheets, directing talent in the field.

Booked stories involving families in crisis; drafted the shooting script; met with Iyanla and team to finalize a plan for healing; pre-interview each guest involved; help scout locations, brief Iyanla on each story.
