•Oversight of multi-department $MM budget. • Supervised pitch & development periods as well as all pre-, physical and post- production. • As Supervising Producer, identified pitches for development and collaborated with filmmakers during all stages of production to ensure highest quality content was delivered. • Negotiated production deals, talent/BTL agreements, and clips/stills/music licensing contracts; sourced and contracted shoot locations/ facilities. • Prepared and/or managed show budgets, production schedules, contracts, rights & clearances, show deliverables, etc for both internal and externally produced Originals (long form) and TCM Studio interstitials/ content. • Communicated developments, concerns and recommendations to business affairs, legal, production finance, accounting, on air promotions, marketing, public relations, programming, talent, network operations and S&P. • In conjunction with Legal and Network Operations, created new policies and procedures pertaining to program delivery requirements. • Developed and actively managed asset, tape and delivery bible libraries (both physical and cloud-based) containing more than 15,000 pieces of physical content and housing more than 20 years of informational history. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS • As Supervising Producer, led all efforts for the three-time Emmy nominated, TCM Original MOGULS & MOVIE STARS: A HISTORY OF HOLLYWOOD, a collection of seven enthralling hours of movie clips, rare footage, interviews and keen insight from Hollywood insiders and historians tracing moviemaking from its humble beginnings; managed all facets from inception to launch and final delivery over a two-year period; vetted above and BTL talent and staff, negotiated all contracts and secured most favorable deals for all clip, still and music licensing ultimately saving millions of dollars; collaborated with filmmakers during all creative stages.
