Executed orderly lockdowns to ensure pedestrians were properly guided away from set and out of sight from the nearby frame and filming locations. Intercommunicated with fellow production members to secure the set and make sure all crew knows specific filming locations, scene number, and guided background talent.

Responsible for being in close communication with production manager to ensure an organized and systematic shoot. Acted as a stand-in for the camera and lighting crew so the crew was able to prepare proper angles and lighting for talent. Assisted wardrobe in set-up an take down. Made essential pick ups and deliveries for crew.

Responsibilities included keeping close communication with the production, assisting with the various elements involved in the production on the set. Greeted and directed panelists as well as executive guests to appropriate residing quarters. Picked up and delivered necessary show props, supplies, and food as instructed by production manager. Wrangled potential applicants throughout New York City who would be willing to appear on TruTV’s Comedy Knockout.

Created schedules for talent arrival to studio and departure. Gathered necessary materials and office supplies to fulfill necessary office stock. Communicated with production manager for proper studio assignment.

Prepare the set before filming and clean up the set, disassemble and store equipment after shooting. Assisted wardrobe personnel with required steaming and hanging of various talent garments. Communicate required tasks with production manager to promote smooth and timely production runs.

Watched over film equipment while making necessary adjustments to cameras to maintain a uniform frame. Delivered props as well as packages under guidance of the producer.

Conducted all tasks as required by director/producer to their complete satisfaction and ensured that producers have the necessary materials needed. Organized important paperwork into its’ designated folder while maintaining a neat and functional working environment.

Distributed paper documents, scripts and communication-systems through the set to designated production and crew members. Tended to talent rooms to ensure they were clean, organized, and presentable for the guests. Oversaw the distribution and collection of signed release forms among consenting guests appearing on television.
