• Receive cuts and distribute • Cut clips, output and post to PIX for various Executives to view • Book and schedule talent for ADR sessions • Coordinate with Promos and various Lines of Business for high rez files needed from Post • Credits - Oversee the approval from paper to screen, and seek appropriate Guild approvals • Receive deliverables (pro-rez, format sheets, close caption files) • Set-up Post and Network with PIX and Scenechronize accounts • Work with various Lines of Businesses to make sure they receive scripts, schedules, agreements as needed, cuts, wardrobe/props for promo shoots
