Responsible for transcoding and ingesting media - AMA grouping - cutting promos for channel content and live events - managing editorial schedule and team workload.

Managing the show calendar; coordinating production records: booking talent, travel, ADR stages, and handling legal paperwork. In addition I worked with our marketing department to help facilitate their needs for press events and provided ancillary support as the script coordinator.

Supervised internal staff of 80 artists, production team and 20-plus local and international outsource vendors; managed resources to meet show projections and client deadlines; worked with producer and head of production on department schedules, allocation of resources, development of department and show strategies, financial bids and tracking database.

Collaborated with VFX producer to incorporate stereoscopic workflow into pipeline; supervised VFX and stereoscopic dailies/QC reviews and deliveries to external vendors.

Provided support for an executive office & studio director; managed schedules and travel, heavy call rolling, script coverage, budgetary database upkeep; contributed to organization and management of studio production slate; coordinated pitches for executives.

Supervised artist workflow, department milestones, pipeline and show schedule; assisted in department bidding; updated tracking database and processing weekly reports for producers and studio executives.

Supervised stereoscopic workflow on DVD; assigned and tracked assets across all departments; updated producers on status; operated dailies and managed creative team.
