Managed the coordination of all air, ground, and hotel accommodations for Host, Production/Field, and Show Guests for 400 shows. Worked directly with EIC to ensure all costs were within show budget. Scheduled, coordinated, and organized all accommodations for 30 staffers and guests when production took to different locations across the country.

Responsible for all aspects of travel coordination & accommodations for guests & host, including but not limited to greeting, security checks, escorting to appropriate green rooms & booking of travel. Managed team of staffers & freelancers. After-office hour’s on-call to accommodate changes & secure scheduling. Accountable to reconcile petty cash expenses & track all costs.
