Liaison between executives and building management, was the point of contact for all outside vendors and coordinated with finance for payment of services. Coordinated and ran client audition tapings to be sent to casting directors and producers. Edited and maintained client reels on several cloud based services such as Vimeo and Hightail. Managed hardware and software of the company phone system and worked in tandem with IT team for general technical support.

Managed heavy call volume, multiple phone lines, and transferring calls. Handled accounts, receipts, and engaged in brainstorming and pitch meetings for scripted and unscripted television division. Also wrote script coverage for feature scripts. Provided organizational assistance and managed scheduling and travel for executives.

Drove picture car, assisted in set up of practical science demonstrations, worked with talent, provided set dressing and managed release forms.
