-Manage, moderate, and approve all user / fan submissions for The Ellen DeGeneres Show website: ellentube.com. -Research and administrate all music content within videos; assure label and publishing rights; respond to user issues or FAQs -Proficient with software systems Kaltura, Audible Magic, and Crunch

-Responsible for updating Production Schedule with current dates in Excel, distribution of said schedule. -Drafting and processing of purchase orders for product vendors. -Data Management in FilmTrack database. -Distribution of physical copies of final product and print samples among production team. -Other Duties as Needed

-Read scripts/proposals and meet with production teams to develop full season of programming. -Work with Managing Director to ensure that productions are on budget. -Work with Literary Manager to procure rights and act as liaisons with authors. -Develop projects generated by membership. -Work with Publicity Manager on media presence.

-Working with vendors in the creation of content for inclusion on WB releases. -Correspondence with talent during the creative process. -Creation and delivery of tape masters and DVD-R copies to external and internal vendors. -Coordinating with legal representatives for projects in process. -Purchase Order creation. -Management of video assets
