Pick up all supplies for art, wardrobe and camera department. Make runs as needed and assist on set. Handle all returns for all the aforementioned departments.

Assist art department with various projects around venue for live event. Make runs as needed. Handle all art returns and receipt/petty cash wrap out.

Secure talent trailers, walkies, copy machines, vans and box trucks for show. Assisted with hiring of PA's. Secure WiFi for venue working with in house IT team. Secure catering for crew meals. Assisted set-up of venue production office. Secure parking at venue for Pegasus and B Unit trailers and cab.

Manage walkies. Direct production assistants as need. Pick-up all required equipment for shoot including, dp camera, c stands, apple boxes etc. Handle petty cash and receipts. Return all equipment, expendables and vehicles at the end of shoot. Ensure crafty set-up at each location. Purchase all crafty.

- Assist culinary/production department of network reality cooking series. - Prepare set before/ after each cooking round with contestant materials, ensure onset appliances operate properly. - Receive/ process orders of vegetables, proteins, groceries;shop as needed. - Assist with basket prep as needed. - Reconcile/prepare culinary expense reports.
