Ensures that the staff knows who is talent, press, special guests, and just ticket holders. Set up iPads to accurately track attendance from guest lists and press list. - Parking ticket validation for Sponsors + Talent - CatCon merch booth - responsible for setting up merch/restocking and breaking it down, accountable for cash, have access to someone who can safely transport cash out of the venue. - Meet and greet management - Kitty Kitsch - 2 people to manage space and queue line management - Workshop management - 2 spaces will have 6-7 workshops per day - Exhibitor services - support team in terms of equipment, supplies needed to check in and assist Exhibitors - Command Central prep - office supplies, printer, order WiFi and other supplies for Adoption and Meet & Greets - Work with the Volunteer Coordinator to map out ALL the areas where they can be of help - Meet and Greet Talent Asset Management - one sheet needed for talent with directions on what is needed when. Initial talent contact prior to show with smooth transition to PR coordinator at the show. During the show days the PR coordinator will handle talent. - Coordinate and schedule orientation for staff/introduction of management a - Educating all staff on run of show, activation locations, exhibitors. Create “bible” or handout of Frequently Asked Questions for staff - Manage and oversee guest/VIP/PR/etc COMP guestlist and credential distribution. Ensure guestlist/will call staff are knowledgeable prior to show start and remain in constant communication during show with production office (aka command central) with any issues or discrepancies. ● Work with team on load in (coordinate when you want merchandise delivered and boxes brought to command central) - Coordinate orientation for staff and volunteers, as well as a pre-show meeting - Familiarize all staff with core team members - point person for overseeing all aspects as outlined for load-in, day of show, load-out and all phases are properly executed and managed. ● Work with the following teams: ○ Exhibitors ○ Talent ○ Ticketing/Registration ○ PR (Metro) ○ Volunteer Coordinator ○ Design ○ Quad Managers - assisting attendees and also paying attention to exhibitor issues, reporting to Exhibitor Management as needed ○ Workshop Managers - there are 2 spaces and 16-20 workshops (needs to be discussed) ○ Adoption Group ○ Production Team ○ Social Media ○ Venue teams ○ Security and local law enforcement if needed ● Manage Team communications ● Week of show: manage all item delivery to warehouse and/or venue, inventory control and distribution. ● Work with merchandise resale team to ensure merchandise is properly displayed/showcased in a timely manner for duration of event. ● Ensure staff wearables and credentials are accounted for, inventoried and distributed in a timely manner for duration of event load-in, day of show(s) and load out. ● Provide post show profit/loss report for all resale merchandise (sold/unsold). ● Ensure all unsold (if any) merch items and unused credentials have been inventoried, returned to storage and/or destroyed or recycled (credentials). ● Resale merch staffing specifics outlined below. ● Monday after show – oversee final walk through with team ● Supervise load out of extra merch, breakdown of Command Central ● Post-show notes, post-show team discussions ● Track final invoices and payment of staff. ● Coordinated handoff of all assets, unresolved

I crafted stories from the subjects’ interviews that told a narrative that was true to their individual stories. I researched and gathered visuals (photos and b-roll) from the subject, historical sites, stock footage sites, and the subject's social media. I also negotiated pricing for stock footage houses and selected music beds for the episodes. I also directed graphic requests.
