• Manage the execution of starting the show’s production office, including integrating all new hires, implementing the show’s standard practices, and sourcing all needed materials, in order to form a fully functional office. • As the point person for production at the studio, manage the logistics of each segment on shoot days in Glendale, while also managing the production office in Burbank. • Responsible for sourcing and furnishing both the production office and studio with production materials, office supplies, food & beverage, and furniture on a weekly basis. • Serve as primary liaison for the show host and his team. During show prep and throughout shooting, work with his team in order to maintain all expectations of the talent and his company. • In coordination with the show accountant, manage all purchase orders, petty cash flow, and invoices, while keeping records of each for the show. • Supervise up to six and no less than two PA’s on a daily basis in order to coordinate a high performing office and production process.

• Facilitate communication relating to production prep, shoot dates, and budgetary constraints between studio and active productions as well as inter-departmental and interdivisional constituents. • In coordination with active productions, manage the distribution and approval of call sheets, prep schedules, scripts, and time cards. • Generate and track monthly production status reports for all active shows to notify all relevant departments of production schedule changes, shoot locations, executive assignments, and current status of each show. • Create and manage production calendars for all active shows to be distributed between the studio, network, producers, and crew. Each calendar includes a detailed schedule of all location scouts, writer’s prep, pre-production, and shoot dates. • Assist the SVP of Physical Production with administrative tasks including rolling calls, scheduling travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and general office management.

• Planned and executed show premieres, promotional events, and conferences for all Fox networks by coordinating talent appearances, venue logistics, and executive participation. • Managed programming priorities for each network as they relate to quarterly and yearly marketing initiatives. • Composed, organized and designed content for the Fox Networks programming website. • Coordinated materials to be included in the quarterly network magazine used by the national sales team. • Performed administrative duties for executive management including screening calls, managing calendars, making travel and meeting arrangements, and preparing financial reports.

• Digitized all footage using Pilotware and Avid software. • Reviewed raw footage and worked closely with the company’s senior editor to ensure that all recorded media was accurate before proceeding to the editing process. • Assisted in resolving audio and video problems with footage received from the show’s camera crew. • Worked with loggers to ensure all footage was organized for each leg of the race for further editing and review.
