Communicated with artist entirely online to come up with a concept that was mutually agreeable for everyone, improvised and stayed cool when blizzard unexpectedly cancelled one of the shoot dates, restructured concept on the fly to fit within parameters of original idea. Handled crew hire and wardrobe as well as editing. Worked with colorist to ensure video had a unique polished look. Turned over video in time for label deadlines to coincide with album launch and tour.

Oversaw meals for shoot dates, watched over set while studio presence was missing on set, ensured client and designer satisfaction with coverage.

- Napa Valley FIlm Festival 2017 Official Selection - Big Apple Film Festival 2017 Official Selection Workshopped script with writer and executive producer Eugene Michael Santiago, oversaw and facilitated all auditions and casting calls got helped, created shot list with DP and worked to find best possible ways to cover fast paced sports scenes, worked with G&E to figure out safest way to rig lighting fixtures above tennis court on budget, worked with editor throughout post with notes on multiple passes, worked with colorist to find the right balance for look of film, worked with designer on all key art and approval of final promotional materials.

Organized crew hire, coordinated rental of over $300k worth of equipment and purchasing of insurance coverage, organized boom lift rental, secured public filming permission from NYC parks dept. and Mayor's office of Film and TV, ran casting calls for leads, and crafted budget.

Worked with team to coordinate auditions and cast leads for feature. Maintained massive spread sheet of 1500+ auditions and personally auditioned 800+ children for lead roles. Coordinated with schools for space and time slots for auditions. Maintained all footage of auditions and edited reels for director's selects on a weekly basis.

Drove 15 pass from NY to Maine for a shoot at Acadia National Park, ensured timely travel to various locations for non-stop shooting throughout the park and surrounding areas, charged and collected walkies throughout shoot for crew and ensured client was happy with footage.

Organized and maintained shoot with many extras in lush Brooklyn interior worked under strict deadlines for album release and minimal budget. Worked closely with artists on concept.

Produced a behind the scenes look at the making of Steve Martin & Edie Brickell's album "So Familiar". Worked closely with label and talent to ensure content was on brand and appropriate for record demographic. Edited and turned over piece in timely fashion for record label deadlines.

Came up with concept for two fashion editorials for high end fashion boutique, shot-lists and wardrobe concepts, worked closely with client to ensure spots were on brand, collaborated with composer for upbeat and appropriate score, oversaw post process with editor and colorist.

Managed crew meals, gear rental, crew hire, and Talent relations for high end fashion spot used for in-store promotion and launch party.

Created road map of beautiful NYC exteriors for projection artists to map designs to. Helped to insure gear as well as powerful 40k lumen projector. Handled crew hire and crew meals as well as provided crew transportation and passenger van rental. This was a spec ad that ultimately ended up getting picked up and receiving airtime in Canada.

Organized comprehensive budget covering expenses of ~$20k, hired crew, maintained the wellbeing of animals (chickens) on set, organized chicken purchase, organized crew lodging and transportation as well as meals for all 6 days of production. Insured entire rental package as well as picture cars and helped director extensively with casting process.

Secured insurance for entire rental package, handled crew hire, scouted and signed agreements for all locations, maintained a budget of $10k for production, oversaw entire post process from editing throughout colorization, ensured the safe execution of all stunts as well as crew meals.

Researched historical figures, clothes, and dialects for very culturally specific period piece. Put together look book with archival photos for production designer, secured each location after multiple scouts, conducted extensive casting process, wrote and edited film and oversaw entire process from preproduction throughout post. Worked around the clock with talent for role preparation. Workshopped script in highly collaborative environment.
