To Whom It May Concern:
I first met Thom Geraci a few years ago. He had come to us to talk about getting involved in some of our production projects. Honestly, he had no real experience. He had just graduated after taking some ...MORE... courses specific to the production industry and was now simply looking for a chance.
What he lacked in production experience, however, he more than made up with his attitude and enthusiasm. I found him to be outgoing, interested, curious, and focused on what he would need to do to get started. I liked that…a lot!
All of us at Salt River work together as independent contractors. So we didn’t have any job openings for a fulltime employee. However, in working with our crews we would often hire some without a lot of experience who were just looking to be involved, learn more, and gain some real on-the-job skills. Thom fit into that category and I was happy to give him the chance he was looking for.
He did not disappoint. He was eager to learn, open to suggestions, and did everything we asked of him. In short, we was great. Perhaps the best thing I can say about Thom is that were we in a position to hire him for any work in the future, I would not hesitate to include him.
