Maintain kitchen, office supplies, building issues, vendor relationships, budgets.

Manage office of 60+ employees and freelancers within two companies and coordinate with third sister company. Answer phones, maintain kitchen, office supplies. Handle building issues, alarm systems, employee paperwork, building security, supervise 3-4 production assistants, coordinate wardrobe and props for photo shoots as well as purchase/billing for all shoots and stock photography using filemaker. Maintain all props and wardrobe in off site storage unit. Reconcile AMEX statement for all prop, photo and contest purchases. Update and write copy for both companies’ websites and social media pages, facilitate design contest entries for Key Art Awards and other like competitions. Coordinate all company meals, parties and the annual company ski trip.
