I worked as a part time production assistant during the short filming period for Netflix's new upcoming original TV series titled, "Sense8." The series is created by the Wachowski siblings, and will air exclusively on Netflix in the Winter of 2015.

I facilitated client-related phone inquires and interactions such as those with talent agencies and casting companies while conducting conversations with the utmost professionalism. I developed 2-3 up-to-date client demo reels per week by transcoding their recent notable footage into high-quality formats in MPeg-Streamclip then editing footage using Final Cut Pro.

I developed an investment circular for an upcoming feature length film using industry standards to help secure financing and allow Tagline to proceed with pre-production stages. I also wrote several script coverages to support management-level decision-making on whether or not to advance scripts to further stages of development.

I researched Chicago-area studios and composed a detailed space rental list in order to help scheduling managers match the appropriate studio to clients’ specific needs within the budget. I managed to facilitate proper lighting set-ups for corporate and documentary interviews on set for the cameramen.

I am the producer of a mini documentary film on psychoanalysis that is being made for a practicing clinical psychologist in Chicago. The mini doc was filmed in the summer of 2013, and the project is waiting for more funds to complete the film.

I edited videos in Final Cut Pro for website distribution that increased views on the company YouTube channel.

I arranged audio, lighting, and camera set-ups to shoot interviews for a segment called “The Listening Party” where site experts gather to review new albums for current and rising musicians. I filmed electronic dance concerts and interviews for DJ’s such as Tommy Trash and Dada Life.

I received production crew clock out times at the end of the work day. I administered call sheets and side sheets to production managers, producers, and directors. I also performed as the personal set masseuse for lead actress, Hannah Ware per her request.

I served as the first assistant director for the upcoming short film titled, "For Ian." My duties often included maintaining that the shooting schedule was orderly and on pace during filming days. I also delegated set operations to crew on set for the directors of the film.

Worked part time primarily as a "lock-up" production assistant where I held pedestrian traffic during stunt scenes that were being filmed to ensure safety.

Raised money for the budget of the music video, and contacted location owners to seek permission to film at their locations. I also assembled the cast, and crew to film the music video.

I distributed high school and team roster information, player profiles, and key statistics from the associate producer to the statisticians and graphics technicians in the mobile broadcast truck. I also acted as the cable wrangler for lead cameramen during live game coverage twice weekly.

I administered call sheets and side sheets to production managers, producers, and directors. I delegated action cues from assistant director to background extras via walkie radio. I also managed communications with 2nd AD & Key PA to notify police when to close off street traffic during vast stunt scenes.

I transcribed archived film stock footage into digital format. I also formatted hard drives on large company servers, and maintained the organization of films reels & tapes in the company office.

I created daily production location maps for the location manager in Google Maps for call sheets and often served as the first line of communication with local businesses and homeowners to confirm locations were orderly before and after filming days.
