As lead writer scope of work included (1) generating and fact-checking thousands of original questions for contestants, (2) writing over 150 celebrity introductions and biographies, (3) provide 20 minutes of talking points and script content for the show’s host every episode. As the Line Producer for video packages; responsibilities included (1) creating over 450 packages outlining individual contestant interviews to air during every episode. (2) Ensure contestants properly followed the rules of each game/segment throughout the show. As Assistant Producer of Post-Production; responsibilities required (1) additional post-scrip grammar, spelling, and accuracy; (2) working directly with the Standard and Practices Officials to ensure the safety and integrity of the show and remain in accordance with the law.

As Associate Casting Producer I was responsible for discovering, auditioning and coordinating potential talent. I created and maintained a database comprised of videos, interviews and personnel information. I worked directly with talent’s parents, managers, and agents to ensure eligibility requirements and on-brand content best represented that of the network and program. My database of over six-thousand entries remained current, with detailed information, which directly affected the production and quality of the show. I worked directly with the show’s Executive Producer, Casting Director, and Production Team across more than 5 major US Cities to select premium talent in an effective and efficient manner.

Member of content/writing team, responsible for all show questions, assisted in the creation of daily rundowns and responsible for writing host cue cards. Also assisted the show's Judge with making decisions on answers from contestants

Coordinated talent of 8 different celebrities ensuring they were ready at all times for multiple "reaction interviews" in confessionals. Worked alongside with other production teams to prepare contestants for show games that required highly physical skills.

Coordinated talent consisting of 12 professional dancers and 12 highly acclaimed latin celebrities per season (4 seasons). Kept our team on a strict schedule and prepared according to production needs. Also worked together with multiple production teams to organize promotional tours to different tv/radio shows.

Casting, selection and coordination of all talent according to production needs. Also in charge of most contestant-related administrative affairs from contestants such as id's, appearance releases and compensation receipts.
