I assisted in all pre-production for this new international series for Travel Channel including researched and wrote pitches for possible episodes, found various locations to film and began permit process, reached out to experts and on-camera talent specific to each episode, negotiated logistical needs with fixers and locals (ie boat drivers, police forces, hotels/accommodations, guides, etc), and prepped production equipment for the field.

I lived in Morgan City, Louisiana for 3 and a half months during production of season 3. While on site, I assisted in creative brainstorming and writing episode breakdowns for all eight episodes. I scouted locations, found witnesses and on-camera talent, and built solid relationships with many of the people and officials in the city who assisted or participated in the filming process. I prepared production binders for all producers and talents for each episode. I also attended set everyday and took detailed field notes, handled all social media and set still deliverables, and worked closely with talent on creative and logistics during filming.

•Support the Field and Story Producers with creative and logistical needs on pre-production and during production •Take thorough field notes during each shoot, maintain all ghost hunting equipment, and assist in all production tasks while in the field •Research historical evidence, then log and track all releases from the field for post-production

•Supported the Field and Story Producers with creative and logistical needs including scheduling and story development •Initially reached out and coordinated with key players/experts all over the world to act as on camera talent for each story •Produced recreations for all episodes including hiring actors, sourcing costumes and props, and acting in a few scenes •Tracked and maintained all releases from the field for post-production

•Researched show ideas, wrote treatments, prepared pitch materials, interviewed potential talent, edited casting reels •Collaborated closely with internal development team and external producers •Cultivated strong relationships with networks and agencies •Filmed content for sizzle reels with talent, and maintained production/camera equipment •Managed multiple development projects from start to finish, then pitched final materials to prospective networks including but not limited to Discovery, Travel Channel, History Channel, TLC, Oxygen, SyFy, CNN, NBC, MTV, BET, YouTube, Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN

• Perform administrative duties such as screening calls, scheduling, book travel, logging/filing expense reports and assisting with personal needs • Research possible show ideas for development, write treatments, prepare pitch materials, interview talent, edit sizzle reels • Keep track and maintain production/camera equipment (AF100, Canon 5D, Kino Lights), help out on shoots where needed • Keep status of all shows in production and post production, watch/give feedback on cuts • Design and maintain Executive Producer’s personal website and brand. Frequently update with his current content

• Researched potential true murder stories and relayed to network for approval • Booked travel/accommodations for out of state interviewees • Worked on set 12-15 hours/day for 8 week assisting with producers, Assistant Directors and talent Producer, Short Film “Trophy”, Los Angeles, CA Oct. 2015 -May 2016 • Handled entire budget for short film and oversaw all costs • Assisted with location scouts, equipment rentals, set decoration, casting calls, and booking talent • Made revisions to script for shooting, and made notes on multiple cuts during editing process • Worked with director on submitting to various film festivals - still pending on acceptances
