Work closely with the Photo Director on shoot pre-production bookings, post production follow up and asset delivery. Manage the shoot scheduler, archive photographer and model contracts and budgets. Creates call sheets, files for COIs and location permits and work as a PA on set when required. Work as the main point of contact for outside vendor’s questions/needs, such as newsstand dates, credits and magazine tear sheet delivery, etc. Requests payroll forms, codes invoices and follows up on payments when necessary

Worked Directly with Production Manger. Planned and coordinated 40 crew person crafty. Distributed and assisted with crew start work and non disclosure agreements. Broke down set and assisted art department. Organized expense reports and receipts. Made driving runs around Los Angeles as needed by the production team.

Worked directly with the production manager on OWN Network show Its Not You Its Men. Planned and ordered large scale crafty for crew over 100. Assisted in distributing Start Work, Expense reports, and W9s. Maintained Talent Green Rooms and dressing areas, ran all errands needed for Talent. Ran errands as needed by the production team.

Worked directly with the Production Manager. Made runs, did office work, and coordinated large scale daily lunch orders. Additionally assisted production designer on three day assignment building a DIY craft set. Made driving runs around Los Angeles as needed by the production team.

Worked directly with the producer. Signed in all talent. Distributed and collected all talent W9 forms and release forms. Responsible for all petty cash and daily walk away lunch budgets. Collected all crew W9 forms and invoices and distributed pay checks. Ran errands needed by the producer.

Worked directly with the key PA for the Assistant directors department on the NBC show Mysteries of Laura. Locked up sets on outside locations in New York City. Distributed walkies and daily sides to crew. Collected time cards and signed out grip, electric and set trucks. Ran errands as needed.

Worked directly with the Accommodations Assistant Manager during the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. Ran quality control checks in regards to accommodations and V.I.P client satisfaction. Traveled throughout venues providing aid to several departments within the NBC Olympics production. Assisted with general office maintenance and departmental requests.
