Pre-production: location scouting, scheduling of restaurants, hire local PA's, assist in hiring local audio techs, book flights & accommodations for talent & crew Field production: on-site coordination, main point of contact for restaurants, obtain release forms, assist DP, manage time, drive crew to obtain b-roll, manage petty cash Post-production: accounting, assist EP

In general, anything and everything that needed to be done. Some of my responsibilities specifically: casting, location scouting, coordinating crew & talent, accounting/budgeting, wardrobe & props, assisting on set

Pre-production: take client meetings with Partner, aid in script writing, find and coordinate talent & crew, location scouting; Production: assist on set including but not limited to assisting crew with set up & break down, obtain signed release forms, coordinate talent & crew, transporting crew and gear Post-production: invoicing, paying talent & crew
