Researched and pitched potential segment ideas for this show about unique ways to spend your money around the world. In addition, I booked segment locations for domestic and international shoots.

I was responsible for hot sheets, securing locations and managing the talent and their schedules. This 1-hour pilot focused on several family members who all lived on the same block in Long Island and a grandson who was trying to break into the music industry.

Along with list of responsibilities listed below, I shot and produced construction/design B-roll, which was used in Season 2 episodes.

Assisted in the field and in the office for 26 episodes – organizing and securing releases for on-air subjects, casting for some of the episodes, clearing locations and artwork. Responsible for photo deliverables/marketplace information delivery to network.

Managed and kept track of cast member’s schedules, obtained appearance releases, clearing locations, took notes for daily hot sheet reports and wrote story summaries. Worked alongside producer to help direct shoots and wrangle cast members for this docu-soap.

For this home renovation competition show, I prepped and executed 4 out of 8 episodes. Worked with all homeowners on their design ideas for their space along with the Project Manager. Helped secure trade outs and General Contractor for each episode as well as pre-ordering/coordinating the delivery of all competition goods.

Booked locations, obtained personal and location releases, props, supervised daily tape shipments, arranged all runs, tracked crew hours and meals and submitted daily production reports.

Responsible for booking crews, invoices, equipment rentals, location and appearance releases, permits, prepping field producers for travel plus scheduling travel needs for all crew/talent. Assisted in post-production, supervising edits, and final deliverables.

For this hidden camera prank show, I aided technical directors in the set up and breakdown of hidden cameras - laying and hiding cable, prepping and slating cameras, adjusting camera shots, and set decoration.

Scouted and booked locations in NYC and Fire Island. Worked with segment producer to plan and coordinate shooting schedule & daily activities for the cast. I was the key release coordinator in charge of 8 release PA’s.

Responsible for casting, filming and interviewing single parents/families for an episode produced in London. Wrote treatments to present families to producers. This show takes 3 families each episode into a large house and over the course of a week a child psychologist offers expert advice to parents rearing troublesome toddlers.

This was a dating game show pilot for MTV. I coordinated with producers / supervising producer on scheduling all activities surrounding production: Securing travel accommodations for crew, booking and supervising PA’s, scheduling edit sessions & scheduling wardrobe fitting for cast. I also assisted in the casting of 24 contestants.

Planned, executed & produced 5 out of 10 episodes with Segment Producer. Coordinated talent and appearance releases, props, wardrobe, PO’s, scouting and booking locations.

I was the Release Coordinator for this show. My responsibilities included obtaining and assigning detailed electronic filing system of all signed appearance release for over 520 segments. I developed and maintained a legal record system of all appearance releases for MTV executives along with producing and filming post-prank interviews.
