• Collaborate with EIC’s to build and update monthly cost trackers based on the approved budgets • Secure general liability insurance, E&O, AD&D, plus additional insurance when needed (such as boat, helicopter, etc.) • Aid in sourcing COVID-19 testing sites in multiple cities and compiling PPE supplies for multiple shoots • Deal memos / timecards / mileage • Reimbursements / petty cash / credit card reconciliation • Source gear, vendors and local crew in various cities around the United States • Maintain and organize releases in the field • Confirm final deliverable are submitted to the network to ensure payment • Secure Film Permits in various cities in the United States as well as working with Fixer for any international needs • Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotel, cars, etc.) • Work with producers to create and distribute daily call sheets to network and crew

• Obtain filming permits for international/domestic locations • Coordinate and book travel for crew including flights hotels, and rental vehicles • Assist with deliverables such as location, appearance, stock footage and other releases as needed • Attend weekly creative and content meetings

• In charge of booking: travel, hotel and rental vehicles for all crew members in the field • Communicate travel and schedule details with all members of production • Responsible for organizing and POing all receipts from multiple production P-cards • Keep/update the master schedule based on the ever-changing filming needs

• In charge of: Permits, Petty Cash Receipts, Credit Card Receipts / Reimbursement, POs, Releases, Call Sheet, Independent Contractor Forms, Expense Reports, and Start Paperwork. • Responsible for the hiring and scheduling of daily crew members, along with managing PAs • Coordinate all filming locations for each episode, including field trips and B-stories • Delegate, distribute and approve purchases made by production to maintain each episode’s budget

• Coordinate with on screen talent to create a daily production schedule • Coordinate releases and permits along with equipment rentals • Assist in creating story content for each episode *Work with Sony-PMW 300 cameras

• Media download of media content and thrid camera operator • In charge of paperwork, production reports, and releases • Coordinator in the field and liaison between the field and office *Work with SONY Z5 and Z7 cameras.
